Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information processed through this website and during the ordinary administration of prospective or active consulting relationships. It does not govern information processed solely on behalf of a client under a separate written agreement when Barn Managing acts only on that client’s instructions. A client agreement may contain additional confidentiality, security, and data-handling requirements.

The website’s on-page forms are currently configured to validate completed fields and display a confirmation only. They do not transmit or store the entered information. To deliver an inquiry, use the plain-text contact information displayed on the website. If form transmission or storage is enabled later, this policy should be updated before that change goes live.

By using the website or voluntarily providing information through an active communication channel, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you provide personal information about another person, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

Information we may collect

Information provided directly

When you use an active communication channel or enter a consulting engagement, we may receive your name, business email, telephone number, company name, job title, service interests, project description, business priorities, scheduling information, billing details, and the contents of messages or documents you choose to provide. Entries typed into the local-only website forms are not received by Barn Managing while those forms remain configured without transmission or storage.

Business engagement information

During a consulting engagement, we may process information concerning company operations, workflows, employees or contractors, customers, suppliers, financial assumptions, performance indicators, market research, internal policies, and project deliverables. Clients should provide only information reasonably necessary for the agreed scope.

Website and technical information

Depending on the technologies enabled on the website, servers and service providers may automatically receive an IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, dates and times of access, and cookie or similar identifiers.

How information is used
